To place an order you just have to go to the shop part and choose the model that suits you and if you want sunglasses with or without. After you have made your choice you click on “add to cart” and then you can find your cart at the top right of the page where you can make the payment.

The delivery costs (shipping costs, transport costs, specific packaging costs, etc.) are calculated and indicated before the order is placed.

These additional costs vary according to the value of the Products ordered, the place of delivery and the delivery method chosen.

The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the sale, including these costs.

The deadlines are those in force in the industry.

Our company endeavors to respect the delivery times it indicates when accepting the order, in particular according to the logistical time of reference in the profession, the availability of carriers and the order of arrival of orders, and to execute orders except in cases of force majeure or in the event of circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, frost, fire, storms, floods, epidemics, supply difficulties, without this list being limitative.

Cases of force majeure and any unforeseen event, hindering, reducing, disorganizing our means of delivery or those of our suppliers, extend our delivery times, or allow us to cancel orders without compensation from the company.

In any case, no penalty of delay could be requested from the company in the following cases:

if the order was modified by the customer after its acceptance by the company;
if the manufacturing or delivery times are obviously too short and if the client has been informed of this by all useful means as soon as the order is received
if the goods have been handed over to the independent carrier in time and place so that the delivery times are respected;

 for any case of force majeure. The penalty clauses appearing on the commercial papers of our customers are not opposable to us.

The prices displayed are calculated net. Payments are made by credit card directly on the website. When your payment is received, an e-mail confirmation of your order is sent to you.

You will receive an invoice by e-mail within 2 to 3 working days following the shipment of your order. The invoice is also available after this period from your Ellcie Healthy account.

The order status is updated after the order has been processed by our teams. An email will be sent to you to confirm that the order has been sent.

The delivery address is defined at the time of the order. This may be different from the billing address (to be confirmed during the tests in the first question).

However, if you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, you can contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order at commandes@ellcie-healthy.com or by telephone on 04 92 08 07 22.

The products must be checked by the customer upon delivery, and any claim, reservation or dispute relating to shortages and apparent defects, must be made under the conditions set out in Article 4.

In case of apparent defects, the defective products are replaced by us, subject to verification of the alleged defects.

The customer must provide any justification as to the reality of the defects noted, our company reserving the right to proceed, directly or indirectly, to any observation and verification on site.

The denunciation of the defects existing at the time of the delivery, and revealed after the reception of the products, will have to be formulated by the customer in writing within 3 days following the date on which it will have discovered the defect of conformity.

No denunciation will be taken into account if it intervenes more than 3 clear days as from the delivery of the products.

The defects and deteriorations of the delivered products consecutive to abnormal conditions of transport, storage and/or conservation at the customer, in particular in the event of an accident of some nature that it is, will not be able to open right to the guarantee due by our company.

Under the guarantee of hidden defects, our company will only be held to replace, free of charge, the defective goods, without the customer being able to claim damages, for any reason whatsoever.

Our company guarantees its products against hidden defects, in accordance with the law, the uses, the jurisprudence, and under the conditions above and hereafter enumerated.

Our guarantee only applies to products that have become the property of the buyer.

It only applies to products that have been entirely manufactured by our company.

It is excluded if our products have been used in conditions of use or performance not intended.

Our guarantee only concerns hidden defects.
